Drexalonhyxrevox is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Zorinex, you may return eligible items within the timeframe described below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Product is unopened and in its original packaging, with seals intact.
- Product has not been used, damaged or tampered with.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products unless the product is defective or was delivered in error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Products not in their original condition or with damaged packaging not due to our error.
- Gift cards or promotional credits.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit during return.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and, where possible, photographs of the defect.
